Camping Île du fort

The Camping de l'Île du Fort is a peaceful site under mature oaks where life is enjoyable between friends and family. We offer you big sites with 3 services, sites of tents along the Late channel, the wooded sites and without forgetting the wilderness camping. You can make the rent of caravans or still a small rustic chalet (all inclusive, you have only to bring your blankets or sleeping bags, as well as your food).

 

We offer a service of rent of kayaks to make a peaceful hike on the Late channel. For fishing lovers, the river St-François is situated in front of campsite and his landing stage for your boats is only at 2 km in the nice little village of Notre-Dame-de-Pierreville. For the bike lovers, the Green Road 4 is in front of the campsite and offers a crossbar on pontoon at  2 km going on the other side of the bank to Saint-Francois-du-lac. For the amateurs of walking, we have pedestrian paths in forest.

 

We possess a community room with a billiard table, a table-tennis table, a mississipi and a big screen for rainy days to amuse the toddlers. Of magnificent petanque fields under trees and lit. Shuffleboard, mini-golf, volleyball and basketball are at your disposal. Games of exceptional wood for the children who remind us good memories.

 

A rural market every Saturday under the capital where we can find local products there such as bread and pastries of the Chocolaterie Patisserie de l'Île, the vegetables, the organic meat of the farm Élouard, etc. Every Saturday evening under our capital takes place evenings music varied and the dance. A mini convenience store to avoid you an exit is on the spot. We offer on sale of the ice, some milk, eggs, cheese, carbonated drinks, ice-cold candies, slush, ice-cold cappuccino and other products.
